Seen my heart dr the other day i was worried because my heart rate is in the 40s per minute. I see him every 3 months hes happy with the way things are going im 34 pounds less then the last time i seen him 3 months ago. He said my heart is getting stronger and pumps more blood per beat therefore the lower heart rate and my meds keeps it low too he wants me to get the procedure done that burns the heart electrical system to keep my heart out of a fib forever im not sure what its called but they put wires through my groin veins up to my heart and burn the nerve electric endings. So next time i see him in three month i will i should be almostvin the 200s and i will schedule the procedure. I have been keeping up with working out daily but my eating habbits need to improve a lot i have been drinking alcohol a lot need to stop again. I want to thank all my buddies i cherish you all.
