After church we had a BLT and coleslaw with water at Budget Cafe. Feel bad physically again. Days and days of fatigue with this crazy dry cough that Ekstrum says is cough-variant asthma. Danny and I stayed in bed for awhile this afternoon, and he got up to watch documentaries while I read about this form of asthma on my IPhone. I wanted carbs badly and had a hot dog bun with 50% fat free spread on it, then of course craved more, so had about 1/2 cup of dry coffee creamer. I wish I'd never bought it! I go to Pilates tomorrow at 1 p.m. and hope I feel better. Danny wants me to go to Urgent Care and look further into what's ailing me.
