Yesterday, Monday at Avila Beach with Mike. Ate Custom House deep fried "tempura battered" calamari rings and strips with mayo-type dip. Had In N Out french fries later and vodka and 4 oranges for "dinner".

At the SM Town Center theater parking lot, we went into a full blown (me pleading and apologizing and him almost combusting and crying...feel AWFUL for Mike!!!) We did take a walk around the Pismo outlet stores with Avon and later walked around my house area for maybe 45 minutes. SOME exercise. He's leaving Lompoc today. He wanted me to drive him home from the theater parking lot so he could leave immediately, he was so upset. I'm gonna need to really watch what I eat to compensate for the deep fried stuff I had all day yesterday. This is all about Mike. I have to find a counselor in his area that we can go to see together until we reach some level of peace and love. He is SO SO SO DAMAGED...by me the most...I'm the one to blame, since I brought Bob and George into his life...and apparently everything was always "about me" and not Mike even as a kid...really hurt him a lot, squashing him down, making my issues more important than his. Too much to say right now. Dear God help us!!
