Happy Tuesday. Had a great Easter. My father-in-law got out of the hospital Friday, and can't get around, so my wife and I cooked a ham, a sweet potato and pecan casserole, some fresh string beans and rolls and took them to my in-laws to celebrate the holiday. My daughter and granddaughter came out as well. We had some cake and ice cream for my daughter's belated birthday party and enjoyed the wonderful company and great weather. On the way home, my wife and I stopped by my office for a few hours to finish a complex return that had to be done by 10am Monday for a client that was leaving the state for a couple of months. All in all a good day. I weighed in on Friday so that I could enjoy the weekend. I'll go back to Sunday morning weigh-ins next Sunday. That will give me a full week to get the carb bloat off. Great family support, Tx! I think the ham puts fluid weight on me. It would seem every time I eat it, I gain weight. I love it, too. I have leftovers that need eating ... time for a low carb casserole ,,, or, the dogs get a nice treat for a few days. :o)
