Observation: I have been paying attention to the emotional impact of supporting others here and I have noticed one thing. Every time I give someone else an encouraging word, it reinforces my own positive thoughts. When I am feeling a little bit frustrated or having feelings of self doubt about my progress, I come in here and look at all of the posts, some I comment on, some I simply support and in doing so I am reminded, comforted and reassured that I am right where I am supposed to be. Every comment is another positive reinforcement of my own belief system. Then when I post a journal, the outpouring of support and helpful suggestions gives me a warm glow of love and acceptance. I walk away with a stronger resolve, more commitment and a brighter outlook. Thanks you guys for being such an effective motivating force. We are stronger for every kind word.
