One of those inexplicable weigh ins that are up with no real reason.

In addition, I caught some sort of food bug which sent me rrunning to the bathroom a few times. Glad it ran its course before I started driving my bus!

Here is today's food porn pic. What we have here is carne asada beefsteak, spinach, calabasas plus a fried banana. Two slices of multigrain toast to the side and not pictured. All finished and washed down with several cups of hot coffee!
