Happy Wednesday, Best Buddies!
Things are chugging along this week. I pre-log my food so I have a plan to follow, get to my workouts in the morning four or five days a week, and try to get quality sleep.
One Idiot Box read 168.6 and the other Idiot Box read 169.4 - average 169 I am happy to be revolving around lower numbers.
I still may see my endocrinologist again...right now I am just trying to work with my current dose and see if I can lose with it. It just seems I have to work so hard to see any movement...
Macros remain consistent and NET carbs under 20 every day.
MY CURRENT GOALS: Discuss dose changes with endocrinologist, try for lower carb percentage, lift heavier at the gym and see caliper bodyfat move down in February.
MY LONG RANGE GOALS: Body fat at 26% or less and scale weight in the 150's or less
