I had the most wonderful epiphany today. "IT'S OK NOT TO BE PERFECT!" It's OK not to have the most PERFECT diet. It's OK not to have the most PERFECT body. It's OK not to have the most PERFECT skin. It's OK not to have the most PERFECT house, cars, kids, ect. Somethings are out of your control, and you just do your best with the things you can control. Life isn't perfect, and when you think you can make it that way you're just in for a big disappointment. The only thing perfect that matters is to make sure you're PERFECTLY happy. Do the best you can do, and to hell with the rest. Love yourself regardless!

Agreed! Everyday I try to be the best I can be. Now, that being said, sometimes my best is great, sometimes it is good, and sometimes my best at that given moment is bad. My mantra is KEEP MOVING FORWARD, learn from mistakes or bad choices, and keep everything in perspective!

I remember thinking that, when kids picked on me at school. Then suddenly, one day I began to tower over everyone. That was when all the bullying stopped. lol It's true though, it really only matters what is in your head.

I'm betting this epiphany will be a turning point in your life. I remember similar epiphanies in my life, and my enjoyment of life increased exponentially. There is such freedom in this realization.
