I cannot imagine the pain and grief you went thru... wishing you well!!! 🙏🏽 

So sorry for your loss. It must be very difficult to focus on what you are eating in the midst of your grief. We are here for you, and we support you.  

I want to say I’m proud of you for going out with friends. I know many who go down a hole, isolate and never heal. I commend you for pressing on. It’s not easy I’m sure but your encourager would want you to live a great life holding him close to your heart. Prayers and support only. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻 

awww, I'm so sorry. when you are under stress and grief, it seems like we seek comfort in food. 

I’m so sorry for your loss! 😞 Big prayers for strength and courage. Just a thought…I’ve mentally tried to reverse my comfort eating thoughts…to not what I CANNOT have, but what CAN I have (that I love) that will benefit my health goals. Hang in there …

Hey Msiegnic. I'm 6 weeks into the loss of my partner and honestly can feel your pain. John was so supportive of the weight loss journey I've been on and not having my biggest cheerleader around is tough. I'm finding that the new normal is a very strange place to be. The ups and downs of grief even worse. Just know that I'm thinking of you and support your journey towards health. May you find strength to take care of you. Your husband would have wanted you to.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Not an easy thing. I lost my husband 2 1/2 years ago. Dont be too hard on yourself, and be sure to take care of you. God is good and will sustain you. He will never leave you or forsake you.
