First of all, sorry for the bad pics. They were never intended to be shared so I didn`t care about quality. I`m doing so now in the hope of maybe motivating somebody that might need it?

I`m 53 years old and decided to get my health back.

My transformation from Jan 25th to May 11th. Nearly 4 months in total.
205lbs to 175lbs
35% body fat to 15%

I hope somebody finds some inspiration and again, sorry for the eye-sore :)

Ps: Full disclosure, there might be some slight "sucking in" in the after photo :)
