ok stop, shake it off, and return with your head held high. we all gain and lose on this path but being willing to be on the path is a victory in and of its self. hug yaself and be proud. you can do this

No reason to ever hang your head just look in the mirror and making a bigger commitment to trying to get to your goal but make the goals reasonable short term goals do a little at a time one step at a time
