well, protests aren't the most convenient way to get my steps in, but i did manage 10k before 2pm so I'll take the emotional exhaustion lol. genuinely wish I didn't have to do this, but if my uni won't divest from the arms trade when we ask them nicely, we'll have to yell about it. especially now.
anyway, I was so overstimulated when I got back that all I could manage was to shower and then lie in bed for a couple of hours. I finally ate lunch, and I don't care that it was a little higher in calories than I intended because it was mostly healthy enough and I'm so fucking tired... next is an hour of choral singing, and since I ate lunch so late maybe I can push off dinner for a bit.
