Now that I'm getting closer to goal, I'm going to up my caloric intake above 1,000 and try to average something like 1,200 calories per day. To help this, I'll probably switch my 18:6 IF plan to 16:8.

The holiday dinner season is upon us. I have a Rotary Club Christmas dinner tonight, a Christmas luncheon tomorrow and a Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Christmas dinner on Tuesday. Fortunately the dinner tonight will feature grilled ribeye steak and a vegetable. The chamber dinner is being catered by the same caterer I used for my Father-in-law's birthday party and they'll be serving chicken and beef fajitas. So lots of meat and grilled peppers and onions. I don't know about the luncheon yet, but I'll try to make good choices.

Thanks for the kind thoughts Berley and Mom. Mom, I have been paying more attention to my body and only eating when I'm hungry. So, that's why I'm upping my calorie goals...I'm starting to get hungry..LOL!

Planning is crucial, I always try to have some contingencies. I've been fortunate that I haven't really had any mandated social functions so far this year.
