Happy Easter ... The body gets used to the very same repetitive CI every day and will respond in various ways - one way is slowing down its metabolic rate. What works for me is referred to as Zigzag CI - taking in mor calories every few days so my metabolism does not slow down. Starting In April I am going to use a 7 day process ... Day one 1200 CI 🟩 Day two 1200 CI 🟩 Day three 1400CI 🟩Day four 1200 CI🟩 Day five 1200 CI🟩Day six 1300 CI🟩Day seven 1200 CI. --- since I already have 4 days in a row with 1200 caloric intake then tomorrow will be my Day 3 for 1400 CI. --- That zigzag reduces the body's risk of metabolically entering "starvation mode" and reducing the metabolic rate. BESIDES - My birthday is coming up & I want to log my cake & eat it too!😁😋. "Zigzag Caloric Intake" - This may not work for everyone but it works for me
