That is the result of the "diabetic" approved cold medicine I was taking, plus just having tea and water all day yesterday. What this says to me is that even these diabetic approved cold meds will spike insulin and my BGLs. *smdh* And then docs wonder why diabetics always have such out of control blood sugars.

Feeling much better today, so I won't be using anymore of that medicine. Going back to BPC and water for the next two days so that Thursday I can enjoy some turkey.
