Didn't weigh myself. But that's ok I'm sticking with the plan. Added extra protein via whey protein. Trying to stay around the 100gram mark with protein. Getting a little constipated though. Trying to figure out what I can do naturally to ease that side effect. Had oatmeal for breakfast. Trying to add more water. Also staying in the 1200-1400 calorie range. Steady as she goes! Still working on walking that has been a challenge because of hip, knee or foot hurting or all them. Been trying to ease back slowly. Walked with Hubby through the neighborhood felt good and no pain. This morning knee is killing me, go figure. Guess it's the weights with arms today. Weather is rainy today so if I do walk it will be in the house. A slow and easy 10 minute stroll a few times throughout the day. Guess I better get moving! Gonna have a great day!!
