No weigh ins, and no gym visits since last week. Weather has been crappy which makes me not want to do anything. Im fortunate to work somewhere that I can work from home when needed. I never realized how much anxiety I would get from driving to work in icy weather, plus the anger of making people go through that for something that can wait a day.

Ive been journaling - or rather sitting in front of my journals and trying to figure out what I want from them. I love buying journals- but Im afraid to mess them up so I have a bunch of blank ones (which is ridiculous). Its like buying a fancy candle that you love, but dont want to burn when thats the purpose of it. I have some good ideas, and I actually started getting things down one of them last night. I know its getting to the end of January, but Im still working on my goals for the year. I do better when I have something clearly planned out.
