Hello Everyone, I was alright until this morning I popped into the Church and wept until I couldn't weep mo more. But it was right. Feeling much better now. Watching the Crown only just sat down. Hooped early on only 5 minutes was able to do half an hour like the summer. It will come back to me. Cold, but lovely day. Jim is now definitely a Robin because he came for a feed today and yesterday. Gave a lovely Sunday afternoon ☺️. much love all. Merry Mel 😍

It's good to give yourself time to grief. Hang in there. It'll get better eventually and you'll be able to smile instead of shedding tears. 🫂♥️

Aww, grief comes in literal waves sometimes and you just have to know it’s okay to feel your way through it and to not force normal.
