Hi everyone, I hope you're all well? I am so tired. slept a bit better last night as I'm not in my flat. so it helps. Angie and Dave are so good to me and supportive it's lovely. Hope all your weigh-ins are all good, I will be weighing myself next Saturday when I'm home. I will be home on Thursday the day of the funeral. Of out today picking Angie daughter and Granddaughter to take them to Angie Mum and Dad's. Then we are going around Tenderdon for a walk and some lunch. All have a good Saturday. much love Merry Mel 🤩

My sleep is hit and miss. I go to bed too early from exhaustion and wake up early and think too much and can't get back to sleep. Weigh in is not good good but I am not fretting about it. I'm concentrating on coping. I don't like holidays much - too stressful! Have a good day!

Hi must be honest, Jim is on my mind 100% but I must admit Angie and Dave are filling me with so much joy and people. Last night we went to a pub. With a foke music band it was great. Will tell you all more on my journal. Merry Mel 😍
