hi All, how is everyone good, I hope.
I have very sad news Jim passed away 😢 Saturday tea time at 6.40pm. He was far more poor than we thought. I have kept very busy. After Jim passed away, Claire and Cheryl went home. And I stayed to see the preast and we talked happy and sad thing forv3/4 of an hour. Two girls from work picket me up and bought me home. Lyn next door stayed with me last night and did some shopping for me. Maria from work came for a visit and my best friend Angela and her husband arrived from Hastings and bought me lunch. They went and one of the girls who bought me home last night rang me and asked around to her Mothers with her girlfriend Leonnie to leave for dinner. I've been very busy. Settling down to a bit of telly now. Didn't bother with weight. I might feel like doing something about it by next weekend 🤔. Enough said. Not very Merry Mel at the moment 😒.

Thanks All, its not hit me as I have spent nearly all this year on my own. So tomorrow is going to be very hard. But we have to say goid bye and collect the death certificate. Never done this before and I truly hope I never have to deal with anything like it again 😔

I’m so sorry for your loss- thank you for kindly supporting me while you’re managing your own grief. Be kind to yourself over the next weeks, no one would expect you to be ‘ merry’ or think much about nutrition. One day at a time. Take care. Sending virtual hugs. X

Oh Mel! I am so so sorry for your loss. Don't worry about dieting right now but if you feel up to it, please do still sign in here. There's a lot of people with a lot of love for you here. My husband passed just before Christmas too, the first few weeks were very surreal. Take your time and accept all the help you're offered xx
