Break up / divorce diet has put me in my lightest weight since my teenage years. I’m trying to at least keep up with my protein intake to not lose more muscle. I’m finally getting more hours of sleep, finding better mental clarity and embracing the situation with positive attitude. Thank you people for your support. Means the world to me 🙏🏼

went through this 4 years ago. doing a recomposition allowed me to forget the hurt and focus the anger on positive things. took 3 years to settle custody and finalize. just know the pain subsides and u will rise.

Drinking Ensure was the only thing that kept me from withering away years and years ago after a break up. That and therapy. Do what you need to do to get you through this and lean on loved ones for support. It takes time but there will be light at the end of the tunnel 💜

Oh hell, I have been divorced three times, it took me that long to realize that marriage just isn’t for me. We (the royal WE) have been so much happier these last 30 years. Interestingly enough almost all of my female friends are single BY CHOICE as well.
