Start off slow. If you're already doing intermittent fasting like the 16-8 /18-6, then your body is probably used to going periods without food but if not, I'd suggest that you start with IF first to train your body, otherwise it is going to be extremely difficult and will have crazy hunger pangs (your body will have a tantrum because it has not been trained first) so that would be the best advice I would give. If you have been IF, then I would say, go for it. Also remember with OMAD make sure you are eating all the nutrients your body needs in that one meal.

Keep yourself busy also to avoid your brain thinking too much about food. A trick that I have been implementing is when I am hungry, I look at the clock and tell myself in 10 min, if I am hungry I will eat. Usually your hunger will rise and fall during your fast and by doing the 10min wait, you trick your brain as it will move on to thinking about something else in those 10min. I don't know if I am making sense 🥴
