I'm feeling so stressed at the moment. The estate agents are coming next week to look at (and assess) our house. I want everything to go smoothly but there is so freakin much to get done before then that I feel a bit crazy. Thankfully, the horrible heat here seems to have broken (of course, now that I've said that it'll probably be a hot & humid scorcher today!
Haven't had my usual walk this am (will have to try to get it in this evening) but I'm going to spend the morning packing moving boxes & things to try to tidy up my work room and make it more appealing to everyone (who isn't me!) Wish me luck!
Anyway, tomorrow I get to go to town & weigh in. I'm both dreading & a little excited about it. I haven't really been sticking to my "points" since I figured I was going more for calorie counting this go round with the weight. It's actually getting easier for me since I have an easier time finding the calories in things I eat than calc'ing the points of them. Anyway, like I was saying--I haven't really been leaving myself enough of a calroie deficit against my excercise. SO next week I'll try harder to keep on track with that.
