day 1 of the military diet, I did everything the same except for I had a diet coke instead of coffee or tea for breakfast and lunch, cause I don't drink coffee or tea. Wondering if it will be ok, since I changed the drink or if I need to start again tomorrow and actually have coffee for those 2 meals.
