Just walked TWO miles in one stint. (I usually only walk one at a time and then take a break to do other things.). While I was walking, I drank FOUR bottles of water (8 cups - the amount I’ve been drinking in a whole day). Yesterday, I got in 14 cups! My new goal is to get in 16 cups a day, and to cut down on the Diet Coke. Yesterday I “only” had four cans (which is a big improvement).

First day of having daughter and grandkids living in the basement went pretty well. She was exhausted and slept most of the day, and her only real accomplishment was to order and pick up groceries. My grand daughter (12) did organize the kitchen. Basically nothing is unpacked yet. Hope she has a productive day today.
