Wow. I knew my eating had gotten out of control since I had my son last year, but seeing it all laid out in front of me like this makes me feel ashamed. Nearly 2800 calories today. No wonder I'm gaining weight. This isn't okay.
I stopped today and took a few minutes to find out just how bad my wrap is for me. My jaw nearly hit the floor on that one. When you eat at Subway, you get this false sense of security that you're eating on the healthy side. But that's not always the case. I've been eating that every day for my lunch at work. Not anymore. I'll be packing my lunch from now on. The sodium in that sandwich is crazy.

It's amazing to see how many calories/carbs/sodium is in advertised "healthy food."

Healthy doesn't mean low cal. There is still a portion size. :)

It's the sodium that really got me. I went through over twice the daily limit. :o

If you like wraps, try to the Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Wraps. I eat them almost every day - 90 calories but you get almost 10 grams of fiber! Filling, healthy, and only 5 net grams of carbs. :D
