Food is medicine 🥦🫐🥑. I wish everyone would just give clean eating a try for 3 months to see if all their ailments fade away like yours did. Is the wife having a similar experience? 

Thanks Joe, JB not as much. She is still holding onto some bad habits. But. She has lost some weight and is eating better so I am hoping.

Yes JB I have arrived. Cindy is everything that is wrong with social media. For the most part fat secret is better than that. She actually thinks I care about anything she says. She can only make me feel proud of how good a person I am comparatively. Maybe she can go find a Twinkie she used to hide from her boyfriend and that will make her less miserable for a few minutes

Cindy this is from your journal ******************************************************************* I am still eating normal food, loosing weight and feeling good. I am going to take a break from this site for a couple of weeks for my mental health. I don't comment on people's stuff much and hate arguing or going back and forth but sometimes I read comments and there are really negative judgy people looking at who hasn't lost weight, who hasn't lost it fast enough, who has regained it, it's hard enough trying to get healthier without people being mean about progress and what you decide to eat. I say don't judge people unless you're so perfect you can post pics of your full body in undies here. Thanks to the nice people who wrote supportive things. ****************************************************************** Even you can see the hypocrisy right?
