Hey ALL!!! I'm Back :) And so happy to be home. Will be back on here later tonight or tomorrow! (had a great vacation, but no computer at all!) which was a good thing I guess. Nice to be disconnected for a little while. I am well. Very well. And lots to share. Will be back on soon. Hope you are all doing good also!!! Much Love.

Lisa - I mean this w/ the deepest love and respect... so, DO YOU? do you feel good? Cause if so, YEAH BABY! and if not, then I would help you any way I could! Sometimes when things start to climb up we can get discouraged, and that negative energy will work against you. Unless you were to skinny at a lower weight or you totally just don't care either way. Otherwise you will stress over it, even if you think you're not. I want you to feel good too! Thanks for all of your love and support as well!!! Much Love.
