THAT FEELS SO DAMN GOOD!
Went and had a physical today. I cannot desdribe how awesome it feels to tell a doctor that you have lost 34 pounds in 4 months, to hear how great your blood pressure and heart rate are, and when they ask..."How did you do it?" You reflect...Diet and exercise. I worked at it. Slow and steady. I used (and continue to use) a support system.(Fatsecret buddies) They say...How often do you exercise? To be able to say 5 times a week minimum and be telling the truth about that just feels great. If you are new here and happen to read this, please know that it is possible, and my story is minor compared to others I have seen and talked to here. I worked UP to five times a week by starting small.I do what I LIKE dor exercise, so I stick to it. I was sometimes FRUSTRATED at not losing fast enough. But I was supported and learned a lot from the good people on the site, and so can you. Its in your hands. It aint always easy, (it gets easier as you go) but the rewards far OUTWEIGH (hee hee) the hard work.
