Woke up to thunder. it's pouring!! Flash flood warnings all over the area.

Grandson's ball game is tonight, not happening. I brought my gym bag in case of a rainout and will go to the community center and do the treadmill, and if it's available try a bit on the bike. Last time it was in use. May do some leg work in the weight room

Update after work;

2-4 inches of rain across the area

Went to the community center. Tried the treadmill for awhile, made it
20 minutes and gave up, didn't even try the bike. It was so hot and humid (100% outside) and the fans were not helping the ac i'm sure was not on. Should have gone to the gym. Came home a snack of some whole grain and lentil crackers and some cheese as was getting really hungry.

One of those days that I would have loved to just have done something by myself. No patience with people today. Think I'll do a quick dinner of leftovers and head for bed early.
