Sorry I missed your journal yesterday. I am having a hard time getting back to normal after my Memorial Day Weekend as well. Hope we both come out stronger after all of this. BTW - Yesterday's journal gave me an unintended visual. I can picture you holding a chocolate chip cookie in one hand and frantically recording it with the other.

LOL....Buffy, you can put that PICTURE in file 13...LOL...I always do my entering at home in front of PC...so I can use full keyboard...Plus I DEJUNKED my house about 4 months ago...LOL...True Picture...(unfortunately, but can laugh about it today)I am riding down the road with an open bag of Doritos AND an open package of cookies in the passenger seat...and I am ALTERNATING...NOW that I have spelled it out...that is NOT so funny...but anyway...thanks for the SUPPORT!!! And HONESTY brings us to BETTER places. :)

Yes, Gene, you are RIGHT...the mirror even trumps the scale. :)...AND BB, I stopped at Dollar General to buy Air Freshener and paper towels...and somehow when I checked out, I had FOUR items instead of two!!! And since my house is NOW CLEAN...I HAD to eat them on the way home, Right??...WRONG!!!! At least I threw about HALF of it away, BUT...BETTER PLAN...Leave the JUNK at the Store and save my money to buy apples...EVERYBODY have a VERY BLESSED Weekend!!!!!!

SUCCESS THIS TIME 58 - I CANNOT tell you how much I needed your journal entry. My husband is diabetic and the 2nd and 3rd toes of his right foot swelled up and burst (out of no where). They both got infected to the bone. He are now facing removal of those toes, and pray the infection does not spread. Our life style will change, but God will take care of us. As the Bible says, This too shall pass. “ You have to remember that the hard days are what make you stronger. The bad days make you realize what a good day is. If you never had any bad days, you would never have that sense of accomplishment! ” ― Aly Raisman If I never had a problem, I wouldn't know God could solve them and I'd never know what faith in his Word could do.
