good luck! remember though that the goal isn’t to eat as little as possible, it’s to eat as much as possible while still losing weight! your results may not be as immediate but they’ll be more sustainable.

Wishing you the best ever, you can do it! Find substitutes for old non-healthy habits, and remind yourself the old stuff tastes terrible! And it may after eating clean and healthy!

I don't do sugar or processed anything. I feel so much better. Started clean eating January 4, nothing but water, and 1 cup of coffee!! I really love coffee so that was hard. I ask God to help me cause I've tried so many times and failed, Hes been with me every step of the way! You can do this!! I always pray and ask God to be with all here on their weight loss journey 🕊💖🙏

I talked to my doctor about getting the gastric sleeve. My grandchildren mother had it last summer & the weight loss has been amazing. I'm waiting on my insurance to approve a referral to bariatric surgeon.

can i ask how many calories a day you are eating? I drink caffeine but am on a plant based diet no dairy or meat, only fruits, vegs, beans, grains. at least a gallon of water a day. most weeks I was averaging 750 kcal, but it's been bumped up to close to 1000 since I started drinking protein shakes to boost that. I can't seem to wrap my head around if I am calorie deficit daily how I'm not losing like you are. what's the difference?

Wow! That’s a remarkable weight loss in such a short period of time. I’ve known many friends that has had this surgery & sorry to say? Lots of issues & weight came back on few years later. Please 🙏 be aware . Wishing you the best.
