Happy Monday everyone! Today is a new day for the new person in all of us trying to break free. I say let's dig in our heels and keep moving forward.

Yesterday I had the trainer. We did a small circuit of 4 exercises to start. He had me balancing on two BOSU with the dome up doing an inverted row, curl and then shoulder press. The I moved on to medicine ball push-ups, kettle bell shoulder raises followed be hill climbers. I did 4 rounds. Then he had me hold an 8lb medicine ball between my feet and do leg raises. Then we moved onto some weights and did rows and lat pull downs. It was a nice work out.

Today is a run day. I'm thinking my 2 mile hill would be a good workout. Since i's supposed to be in the low 80's I'm sure I'll be sweating.
