I got back this evening from a few days of fun. Made the decision to enjoy the food offered. I don't feel guilty about the things I ate. It's behind me. Tomorrow I start clean and I'm back on track.

Funny thing is... the food was good, but I could have done without it. I think I would have been fine without it. In that past I would have inhaled the sweets and wanted more. This time, I ate some and then gave it to my daughter. I didn't need it and felt satisfied with just a taste. Very odd.
