Greetings Buddies:
Today I go back to my routine with time at work and Orange Theory Fitness. I feel good because I did not break my routine much while away.
This month of April is my THREE year anniversary on FatSecret. I am like a new person. Attentive, more fit and more healthy. Goal weight? Not there; but I have learned what matters most is the lifestyle changes and the bigger picture.
This past week told me how far I have come!

Congrats on the anniversary! You are my inspiration for travelling. You stuck to your plans much better than I, despite good intentions. I suppose I could have done a lot worse, but you sure did it the right way. Good job! Here's to getting back to real life. :)

Extending my congrats as well. It's folks like you that inspire the rest of us. Hubby and I are sneaking away for a long weekend and I was thinking of how you pulled last week off...helped me in my planning.
