Wonder of wonders, I've managed to take off two pounds. That means that today I have hit one of my mini-goals!!! From 238 down to 208 that means I have now, since October, ditched THIRTY POUNDS! *sorry, needed the caps lock there!* It's kind of a funny thing though because it's really hard for me to see that loss. I know I did but it just seems like I should see it like it was obvious, but... no. not so much so although my face is thinner (according to friends) and "if you wore less baggy clothes it would be easier to see." LOL
This makes me quite happy and really makes me feel like the effort of trying (trying!) to watch what I eat (and the portion sizes) makes a difference.
