What a wonderful weekend. I have lots of family stress and anxiety, not in my home, but rather, my mother and sister. I think I have eaten over it for years but made the change in December to work on me; me & me alone first and foremost and thennnnn my household. I have to remind myself often that I am only responsible for myself, period.
So this weekend, very refreshing time with my daughter out of town. Nothing major, just a very simple time away from home. My food was spot on.
Just before sunrise this morning I enjoyed quiet time with some southern gospel pandora, coffee, and morning birds all singing to each other in the nearby trees as I sat out on the deck at my mother-in-laws house. She's out of town and my daughter & I were scheduled to house sit. No other way to spend a beautiful gift of a new day.

My scale says 285 so the doctor scale might say 281/280? No matter what it says, I feel awesome.
