I understand your sentiment. I think I will post a note to myself on the mirror to encourage me at the start of the day. At times, I struggle to find my "Why". I am glad to see that someone is finding theirs. Good luck on your journey.

Momma,thanks so much for your kind words 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️it took me years to get to this point. I realized that accepting my body for how amazing it is ,is the path to good health and happiness.
