YO --- Sistah - LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE - Look at you - Fantastic. High 5 and dance an Irish Jig all around you. What a change no kidding and what a lot of determination and hard work and .... lots of new knowledge. I am still slogging along at about 140 - I did drop down to 138 but ---- Gawd - I love maintenance eating and I am wearing a size 10 --- that is a bit loose on my --- and I look really "slim" - so all in all I am pretty happy with the transformation. I have to find someone to "take my photo" and email me the photos so I can post them since I do not have the technology to do that myself.

Some people thought that I starved myself - instead of making healthier choices - it is like they took away my thunder - and instead of thinking that I was healthier and trying to stay alive - they imagined that I was ill and not taking care of myself. Oh well.
