Ugh so i was gonna be doing really good and have less than 800 calories which is my set calorie goal for my whole day, and then my dad talked me into getting a Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap at McDonalds instead of my soup that was only gonna be 90 calories if i followed the serving size (half cup) and so now im at 20 over my goal. The wrap is 270 calories. With the soup I would have been able to have a 30 calorie snack (probably fruit or grape nuts) and now I can't have anything for the rest of the night. It's only 5:42.

That is a really low calorie total for the day. Women should eat atleast 1500 calories a day to be healthy. And by weight you should be eating around 1640 (10x your weight). Be careful eating that little, it could cause your body in to starvation mode and cause it to start eating muscle rather than fat.

There's no reason why you can't eat 1200 a day and lose with no problem. You could probably eat more than that and still lose with no problem. Eat some salad, fruit or yogurt if your hungry. Deprivation only works in the short term. You also want to be able to fuel your workouts.
