I have noticed sth counter intuitive abou loss for me. If I go low calorie for a while, I stop losing or the fluctuations become so crazy that I lose hope. But if every once in a while I have high calorie days, around 2000, but mostly veggies, lean meat and good fats, NOT junky carbs, then the weight falls off for a few days. Of course, I have to go back to lower calories or I will gain. Interesting
