Walked 5.7 miles today. Not all at once, some in the morning and more in the afternoon. Weather was absolutely awesome in Las Vegas today. Mid 70's, no wind, and clear blue skies. It has been a very warm winter this year; averaging 18 degrees above normal. Hard to imagine it is snowing or freezing somewhere else. Pollen has been extremely hard this winter because of the warm climate and recent rain. I never had allergies, but experiencing some congestion in the evening hours.

Way to go!!!! You motivate me to strive toward the day when I go a whole mile without stopping....Right now, I walk a mile in 4 or 5 segments...but to go 5.7, even in two segments.FANTASTIC...GREAT JOB !!!!! Hope your allergies get better real soon!!!
