So... Last night I received the news I was anxiously awaiting regarding "Goldie". As I suspected, it was not good news... the odds were clearly not in her favor. The tumor removed last week during emergency surgery last week WAS cancerous. I want to thank all my FS Buddies and supporters for your numerous well wishes and prayers... I will simply enjoy the few months I have left with her... Sigh...

So sorry to hear the bad news, buddy. It is so hard when our pets get towards the end. You have given her the gift of a few more quality months and as all dogs do, I know she will appreciate each and every day. Lots of love and positive thoughts going out to you. ((HUGS))

I am so sorry to hear about Goldie. I went through a similar thing with my German Shepard a few years ago. The best thing to do is be with her and enjoy her with the time you have. She will be so happy to have you every day and give her the love and attention she wants from you. Lots of love and prayers to you & Goldie!

Yes, sometimes we just have to love them as much as we can today. I often wish they could last forever...but sadly, we do have to let them go. I hope Goldie has comfort and love around her now.
