I am no longer able to upload my daily food diary photo to Fatsecret. Anyone else having a problem?
I hope I have not been blocked because I posted photos of the low salt soy sauce I found in stores

Can’t add photos, not able to accept a follow request. Saw it in my email but not in the app. It’s definitely acting up.

OMFG I've been constantly trying like a crazy person.
I've sent their contact support a few emails on this issue. I'm glad it's not just me now.. As I usually don't participate in this community stuff.
It started on the 14th randomly near dinner time for me. Hoping they get this resolved.

Still not able to upload a photo. May not get response from FS support till after the week-end. I am from Canada and login to the www.fatsecret.ca Canadian site. Those who have commented or are having issues, are we all from Canada? Or is it random from all countries?

I logged out on both computer and cell phone. Cleared all browser history and cookies on Google Chrome. Logged back in. Still cannot upload photos.

I hope this get resolved for you, everything seems to be back to normal on the App for me now. No idea about the website though.

Able to post pics again as of this morning.

All fixed by midnight on Monday, for me. 😊 I realized how vitally important the photos are to me. Photos help to make an effort to eat balanced meals. I also need the visual accountability at the end of each day to be absolutely honest about what I have consumed.
