HAPPY SATURDAY EVERYONE
Drizzly morning here in the northeast, maybe some on and off thunderstorms today. That is OK, will get the indoor chores done today, laundry, cleaning, do some food prep for the weekend. We are huge tennis fans so the French Open is a huge part of our weekend as well as the Indy 500 on Monday. Looks like an all sports weekend. Must get out and ride our bikes as well. Mom and dad went to Cape Cod for the weekend so no BBQ at their place until next weekend. They really needed a break. They have been doing a lot of work cleaning out my brothers condo, slow going as it is overwhelmingly emotional for them. DH and I will go up next weekend to assist and work on alot of the paperwork. Probate still not finalized by the court, but it will be done by 6/15 so we can get alot more done after that. Must sell the condo, car, liquidate bank accounts, finalize insurance policies, etc. What a huge process, it is really just a day at a time. We will get thru it with God's strength. Happy holiday weekend to everyone!

Hey girl, hope the drizzle stops soon for ya. There is a lot to take
care of in situations like that..Not a fun job at all. We had to do the
same after my husbands father passed and my Aunt's as well. Hope you get to ride those new bikes this weekend.. Have a good one dear...Bren

Bren, yeah it sucks, he died single with no will and I have no other siblings and my folks are over 80 so you know most of this falls on my shoulders. My word out there to everyone is to please make a list of everything bank accounts, insurance policies, a will, phone numbers and if you do internet banking etc include websites and passwords. It would make your loved ones life so much easier!

Babs, it is so hard when you have to do those things. My heart goes out to all of you, especially your mom and dad. It is just not natural to lose a child. Hope that you have a wonderful weekend with the French Open, the Indy 500, and those new electric bikes. My son and his wife have them and they LOVE them!! HUGS!
