Having great success with South Beach, finally detoxed my body from all the sugar and bad caqrbs and the scale is moving downward again. I am a happy girl!!

I haven't been around here in ages but thought I would check in on all of you to see how things have been going for you. I have been over on MyFitnessPal, but come back here now and again to get some of my old recipes.
As for me, of late I have regained back about 20 lbs in the last couple of months. Just really lost sight of the goal and allowed myself to get off the rails.
Back on track as of yesterday, going to be seriously cutting the carbs with South Beach to give the scale a jog and get my head back in the game!!

So I haven't really been on here much at all in the past few months. I decided to move on over to MyFitnessPal. The main reason I moved over there was because I just didn't seem to be able to use the tools on here to be able to consistently lose weight. I always felt like it was a hit or miss thing for me. Since I have joined MFP, I plugged in my stats to have a goal to lose 1.5 lbs per week and I am doing that! I think the site is technologically more savvy, the food database much more robust and I can tell you for certain that alot of folks over there are losing a ton of weight. I have met some wonderful buddies already and my support network is growing daily. I have found that alot of folks from here are moving over there and we have been stumbling into each other and are now friends again. I have not moved all my recipes over there yet but am gradually doing that so you may see me on line from time to time. If you happen to have a profile or are thinking of a change, check us out over there, would be happy to have you all as buddies again!
