Got a flat tire on my bike ride yesterday. Trip cut short at 4 miles. Apparently i didnt have a spare in my pack like i thought i did. That has been remedied.

Bummer! Did you have to do a long walk back? When I was road riding, I was always hesitant to go unless my husband was home and could rescue me in a pinch. I never got the hang of changing tires

The worst! i've experienced a massive tire blow out where the tire and the inner tube were just annihilated and then I was faced with dragging my bike home from one town north of where I live. Also, I fell off my bike almost a month ago...really flew, I hit a raised curb at the wrong angle...bike shenanigans...🤪

Tire blew out 3/4 of a mile from the Appalachian parking lot so I didn't have to walk too far to be rescued by my knight in shining armor. But she took longer to get there than I did. So I told her I'm faster on foot than she is in the car. Lol.
