Buffy, the Good Humor man will put you in a bad humor if you partake of his goodies and they become frozen in place on your hips or elsewhere! I think maw1966 has a great idea! Chicken and broccoli popsicles sound delish! Have a good night, friend! 

Oh the irony...pretty funny, I'm glad you are keeping your humor and loved your comment on my journal this morning... My journals are full of you know what but I keep trying to confince myself anyway...TOWANDA!!! 

I was thinking the other day how awesome it would be for a starbucks truck to travel around the neighborhoods in the morning :-) 

starbucks truck is awesome! they do have them but i've not seen them driving thru neighborhoods... you might be onto to something here :) 

Buffy if it makes you feel any better I would choose broccoli and chicken every time over ice-cream (had to google this Good Humour Truck thing ☺) 

Does the truck play that goofy music? In the summer the ice cream truck rolls around the neighborhood SLOWLY, playing that goofy tune, LOUDLY! Ah, the sounds of summer!

GG-Girl - yes, and it has some kind of strange frequency that you can hear through closed windows with the air conditioner running.

Where's the Atkins truck when you need it??!! 

OK, I must admit I've been talking with a friend about an Atkins food truck business. The Carb Free Caravan, with a big arrow on the top that says MEAT! Park it in business areas and down town. Now you've made me think there might actually be more people in the world who would enjoy it! 

Skippygirl, I love the name Carb Free Caravan....will it be a truck or a "van?" 

Whatever the budget allows ;-) It's all just a concept for now. 

I like the Carb Free Caravan name! LOL, We need one that gets good gas mileage, because it's going to be very busy. It could deliver bars, or better yet healthy meals. Or it could be like one of those food vendor cars/trucks where you can walk up & choose from the menu! What a marketing concept! Atkins on wheels! 

Yep, it is more of a food truck that would park and let you walk up and order at the window. We'd move it around town every day to find the higher concentration of enlightened eaters :)
