Oh sorry to hear about your sinus trouble Buffy, not nice at all, hope doc has a quick cure. Lol your husband is a good monitor for what foods not to eat, enjoy your veggies tomorrow ;)

Tracy - the funny thing is he used to love pizza and wings. Must be my eating is rubbing off on him. And the last thing I want to do is to discourage him from eating better.  

Awwww Buffy, I hate your having a sinus infection. They can be brutal and really make you feel like not doing anything. Glad your going to a doctor and get something for it. Hope you feel better soon my buddy. Sending {{{Hugs}}}}........Bren

Tracy - I came in this morning sick because my boss had an appointment. Am not starting on any projects until after I get back from the doctor's. So, yes, I am goofing off!  

Lol!! Good for you Buffy, we all need days like that, and I hope your boss appreciates you for coming in when you are sick. I hope your doc gets you better soon :)

Thanks everybody - just a garden variety allergy induced sinus infection. And good news - the doctor said allergy season is almost over (I'm allergic to grass and trees). Does anyone live in a place without grass and trees?  

lol Buffy - if we don't get rain, I could be living in that place!! I suffered from very bad hayfever, but found a wonderful natural cure - local honey, a teaspoon in the morning and a teaspoon in the evening and no more hayfever. But it has to be local to you, so you are ingesting the local pollens, then your body builds up a natural defence to them, a bit like a vaccination.

Buffy, glad you went and got a proper diagnosis and treatment. I detest going to a doctor unless I'm really, really sick and can't seem to find a cure for myself on WebMD or something like that. Luckily, I'm pretty healthy, but suffer from allergies, as well. I'd never heard of the honey cure, but it might be something I'd consider as long as the carbs aren't too, too high.... LOL! Hope you feel better soon.
