Well done. I found this site really helpful for calorie counting. And the support from others on the same journey is pretty awesome.

Thank you both i find calorie counting and som3 exercise seem to do the trick i do feel pleased with my progress halfway seems tangible

I only have the free app. Seems to be working okay for me (though just getting the hang of messages etc). I'm not good with technology lol

What does the upgrade do? I’ve only got the free on here but I do like my premium on Fitbit. I enjoy the mindfulness videos and food
